Your Privacy Rights

• Know and access: whether we hold data about you, what categories, and a copy of it, including a list of third parties it has been shared with and a way to contact each.
• Delete: erasure of your data. For coaches this is the whole workspace; for anyone else it is the data about you.
• Correct: fixing inaccurate data. Coaches self-serve in the app; anyone else can ask through the request page.
• Withdraw consent: any consent you have given can be withdrawn as easily as it was given, and we stop the consented processing promptly.
• Export: coaches can download their leads and tasks as CSV, or the whole workspace as JSON, from Settings, no request needed.

Submit at the request page, or email privacy@trainercue.com. We may need to verify you are who you say you are; if you are a signed-in coach we use your login and ask for nothing extra, and we never demand identity documents where reasonable verification is possible without them.

We respond within 45 days of a verified request. Where reasonably necessary we may extend once by a further 45 days, and if so we tell you within the first period. Requests are free twice a year per person; we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a right.

If we deny a request, we say why, and you can appeal. Appeals are decided in writing within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, we include a way to contact your state Attorney General, for example Washington's at atg.wa.gov or Nevada's at ag.nv.gov.

For data a coach holds about you in their workspace, the coach is the controller and can often answer fastest with the tools built into the product. You can still come to us directly; we will honor what is ours to honor and coordinate with the coach for the rest.
