Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

TrainerCue is a CRM for fitness and health coaches. The consumer health data we collect is: information identifying a person as seeking or receiving coaching (being a lead or client of a coach, or being a coach), health-related details a coach or intake form records (goals, injuries, conditions mentioned in notes or answers), and Instagram messages (including the audio of voice messages) or comments that may contain health details the sender chose to share. Each is collected solely to provide the coaching CRM service that was requested, and for no other purpose; voice recordings are not analyzed or transcribed.

The coach who manages the workspace; the person themselves through an intake form, booking, message, or comment; and Meta Platforms, Inc., which delivers Instagram messages for connected accounts.

Consumer health data is shared only with the infrastructure service providers that run the product (database and hosting, email delivery, and the integrations a coach connects), listed with contact mechanisms at Subprocessors. We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it with advertising platforms. TrainerCue has no affiliates.

You can request access to the consumer health data we hold about you, receive a list of the third parties with whom we have shared it, withdraw consent, or request deletion, with or without a TrainerCue account: trainercue.com/privacy/request or privacy@trainercue.com.

We respond within 45 days of receiving a verified request, and may extend once by 45 days where reasonably necessary, telling you within the first period. If we deny your request, you may appeal; we answer appeals in writing within 45 days, and if your appeal is denied we provide a way to contact the Nevada Attorney General (ag.nv.gov).
